Yes, there is a participation fee. Your fee helps to cover the rental of our location, advertising etc.

Ohhh my goodness yet. There is a reason our consignors come back to us season after season. We are a 'results proven' sale of 27 years. Your success is our top priority! If earning our consignor check average of $435.00 sounds good to you, go secure your spot now.

We will honestly tell you that your FIRST time might feel a little daunting but once you see how everything works, your next time will come very easily. Our sellers are very active in our CONSIGNOR CHAT GROUP, where you can ask all the questions and we are just as email away to help you through it all.

You will need:

• 65-100 count cardstock paper for you tags
• 2 inch or longer safety pins to secure your tags
• Clear packing tape
• Paper tape
• Zip-ties
• Varying sizes of zip-loc bags
• Hangers - wire hangers are preferred. We will accept plastic but they can tend to snap easily

Consignors do have a designated shopping day and time and we allow you to bring a guest with you. For this seasons sale it is Monday, September 16th - 9 - 9:00pm.

However, we HIGHLY encourage our consignors to go snag a shift or join a team to earn more on your consignor check. Not only is it just WORTH IT, it gives you and 'inside' view of how the sale works, why we ask you to do the things we do, and to take ownership in YOUR SALE. And you get to shop our VERY FIRST PRESALE, Sunday, September 15th as well as earn more!

Consignors who do join us will tell you that it is WORTH it as well as FUN!

If all things go as planned, like it usually does, you will pick up your check on our CONSIGNOR PICK UP day Sunday, September  22nd. If for some reason we have something to occur that prevents us from having checks ready, we will mail them to you.

Yes, all consignors who are selling with us are required to sign our consignor agreement. At registration you are responsible for reading it and click that you have read it and will adhere to it. All consignors must agree to sell with us.

2024 Fall & Winter Consignment Sale

September 13-22, 2024

Before registering for a Consignor ID# and entering items into the system, you must understand and AGREE with the "Consignor Agreement".  If you have an issue with any items on the AGREEMENT, please contact us before registering to consign.

1. All Consignors must pay a fee. Consignors fee taken from their Consignor check at the conclusion of the sale at the rate of $16.95. I understand this fee is non-refundable. Consignor registration will be open until the maximum allowed number of consignors is filled or September 13^th, whichever comes first.
2. Payment to consignors will be a 65/35 split. Consignors receive a payout of 65% of the selling price. All payments to consignors will be distributed at pick-up. If checks are not ready in time for pick up on September 22, 2024, your check will be mailed within two (2) weeks.
3. I understand that certain Tot Trade Helper opportunities will result in a payout of 70%-75% of my consignor sales depending on my agreement with Tot Trade for certain available Helper options. I understand that I must follow all guidelines and procedures of the helper option in order to obtain additional payout.
4. I own the items I list and bring to sell. I have full authority to sell the items without the consent of any other person
5. All items must be clean, in good condition with fresh batteries if needed, are not defective or has missing/broken pieces and qualify for the sale pursuant to the Approved Items page of the Tot Trade website. Tot Trade reserves the right to refuse any item or remove any item from the sales floor that is not on the approved list or in unacceptable condition.
6. Tot Trade, Inc is not responsible for any items that are under a manufacturer’s recall.  It is my responsibility as a consignor to check my items to see if they are on the recall list BEFORE bringing the items to Tot Trade.
7. Tot Trade, Inc is NOT RESPONSIBLEfor any items lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or destroyed by fire, flooding, water or any other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Tot Trade, Inc is NOTresponsible for items that are broken,lost or separated during the sale. (ex. – glass frames/accessories, toy parts, two-piece outfits, etc.) We do our best to ensure the safety of all items.  We are open to the public and unfortunately accidents/misplacements, etc. occur that are beyond our control.  If an item is too valuable or sentimental, please consider this before consigning the item(s).
9. I agree to stay within the item limits as set forth on the Tot Trade website. Items incorrectly categorized to bypass rules will be pulled from the floor and returned to me. 
10. I authorize Tot Trade to sell the items I am consigning for the price listed on the bar-coded tag I have created. I verify that I have no hand-written information on any tags. I understand that Tot Trade, Inc. will not honor handwritten changes or scratch-throughs on my tag. I understand that if I choose to allow my items to discount, the items will be sold according to the percent off days (20,40,60) that are listed on the website.
11. I understand that Tot Trade reserves the right to, at their discretion, accept any returns of my sold items from shoppers due to unsafe or unusable condition, broken or missing pieces, etc. Tot Trade also reserves the right to pull items any Unaccepted Items (per the website) that I have dropped off. These items will be returned to me at the end of the sale.
12. I agree that I am not allowed to pick up any of my unsold items while the sale is open to the public for shopping unless I go through the Tot Trade management present at the sale location.
13. I understand that Consignor Pickup is Sunday, September 22, 2024 between 5:00pm-8:00pm ONLY and all items NOT picked up during this timeframe will become property of Tot Trade and will be donated to the Tot Trade charity partner(s). No exceptions will be made.
14. If you are unable to pick up your items on Pick-Up Day, you may choose for an alternative person to pick them up. HOWEVER, you forfeit the option of reporting any missing items.
15. If checks aren't given out at pickup they will be mailed by October 7, 2024.  I agree to cash/deposit my check by November 6, 2024. I agree to contact Tot Trade with any discrepancies or check issues before October 6, 2024. There will be a $35.00 fee for any replacement checks. THERE WILL BE NO REISSUING OF CHECKS FOR ANY REASON AFTER NOVEMBER 6, 2024.
