Did you know that if you just choose 1 4-hour shift with us, you shop our very first presale day on Sunday, September 15th? And not only that, you earn a shopping pass to shop our EARLY 60% Off Presale on Friday, September 20th! Why wait to shop on Monday when you can get in a whole day earlier? Girl! There is nothing like hitting that sales floor the first day!
Did you know we offer ALOT of opportunities that you can TAKE HOME MORE $$$'S on your consignor check? We have so many options for you to choose from. By taking ONLY ONE 4 hour shift you earn passes to our VERY FIRST presale on Sunday, September 15th and a pass to our EARLY 60% OFF presale that happens on Friday, September 20th!! The tasks are very easy, no special skills needed. We are looking for happy, smiling faces who LOVE to shop early!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Master Card (are preferred) cash and check

Do you have a return policy?

All of our sales are final. Please be sure that you examine all the items that you wish to purchase, thoroughly. We do inspect the items brought in to us and we also require that our consignors have double checked the items before bringing them in to use. If you have a question about an item, look for a Tot Trade Team member and they will gladly open and item for you for inspection.

Are we allowed to try on clothing items?

It would be a great luxury for us to be able to provide this to our shoppers, however space and being able to monitor trying on, doesn't allow for it. Determine the sizes you need before coming and make a list. Trying on isn't allowed.

Are my children allowed to come with me?

Yes, you may bring your children during the public sale days. We do ask that you keep them close to you. While seeing all the toys, riding toys etc. is exciting to them, nothing can be opened or ridden on by them. Our toy area is not a 'go play, while I shop' zone. It is our job to keep the consignors items safe and intact while they are in our care. Also items are not able to be purchased if a child is riding it or if they are 'playing' with it.

Children who aren't monitored and allowed to roam freely and play, will be asked to leave.

Are shopping carts/bags provided?

You need to bring your own shopping vessel with you. Many will shoppers will bring wagons, pull carts, laundry basket with a roped tied on the handle to pull behind them or just any type of large shopping tote. Whatever you do, don't leave home without it, you'll be sorry you did!

What if I have a large item I want to purchase?

We have a holding station that we provide to our shoppers to hold your large items for you. We aren't able to hold your 'regular' shopping load but any item that is too large for you to carry around with you. In addition, we will even hold it if you need to come back at a later date if it doesn't fit in your car.

Should you purchase a larger item you will need to bring your own help to load/unload your item.
