Why volunteer with Tot Trade?

About Volunteering...

Volunteer tasks are very easy, no experience needed but appreciated. If you have a disability that might prevent you from performing some tasks, please just let me know. We can accommodate.  We do ask that you please eat a meal before your shift, since meals are provided for our staff only or those volunteers working a full 8 hours in one day. You are free to bring a snack with you during your shift.

Volunteers who are scheduled to work and fail to show up for their scheduled shift will not be allowed to volunteer with Tot Trade again unless with a valid excuse. If you are unable to make your assigned shift please try and get someone to cover that shift for you. We are counting on you and plan our day around the shifts that are to be covered.

All volunteers are required to check in for their scheduled shift. ONLY VOLUNTEERS with a volunteer bracelet will be able to enter on our Pre-Sale Extravaganza day! Volunteers must arrive 15 minutes before their shift begins to get instructions for the task they will be performing.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering gets you in to shop first! Volunteer bracelets are distributed according to the amount of hours you work. The more hours worked….the earlier your entrance to the sale on our PreSale Extravaganza Day!

A "special" note from Kelly...

I want to take this time to "Thank You" for volunteering with Tot Trade. Without your help, we would not be able to run the sale as efficiently as we do. You are very valuable to us and we appreciate you so much! We'll see you EARLY at Tot Trade's, Presale Extravaganza!

Kelly J. Graybill
