About Volunteering…

Volunteer tasks are very easy, no experience needed but appreciated. If you are a consignor with Tot Trade we ask that you consider volunteering with us. The success of our sale is dependent on the way we present our merchandise, excellent customer service, and also it dramatically decreases the risk of loss. We need you, volunteer.All volunteers are required to check in for their scheduled shift.Volunteers must arrive 15 minutes before their shift begins to get instructions for the task they will be performing. Bring a snack with you, drinks will be provided by Tot Trade.

Volunteering gets you in to shop first! Volunteer bracelets are distributed according to the amount of hours you work. The more hours worked….the earlier your entrance to the sale on our PreSale Extravaganza Day!

We offer you several options to volunteer…

Tot Trade gives you several ways you can shop early with us. You have three ways to volunteer with us, “Special Offers”, Volunteer Shift Schedule, or “Lets Make a Deal.” All opportunities are listed below; find the one that works best for you to get YOU in the door early.

Special Offers
Tot Trade 24 Hour Volunteer Staff – Work 24 Hours – This shift is not for ‘sissy’s.’ Tot Trade is looking for 25 volunteers, dedicated at heart for the success of Tot Trade. We are a very large event and our success depends on the volunteers who so generously give of their time.
This position will be held each season. Special priviliges will be given to those who are accepted for this position to be discussed by Kelly J. Graybill. Only the serious and dedicated should inquire. (I will need to discuss individually with each inquiry as I will be giving special privileges and don’t want those posted. I’m not sure how you’d do this on the form.)Requirements:
Minimum of 4 hours on March 18th, 20th, 21st and 24th.
Additional hours can be chosen from remaining sale dates

Tot Trade “TNT” Volunteer – Work 12 Hours – Tot Trade is looking to create teams for inspection and for breakdown. We will be accepting 25 volunteers for this position. Only consider this position if you are dedicated to maintaining this position season after season. You will only be considered for this position by committing to the exact dates and times listed. You will also be first in line to maintain this position next season. All other inquires will be put on a waiting list.
Choose ONE team.Requirements for Inspection Team:
Saturday, March 17th, 4:00pm – 8:00pm & Sunday, March 18th 10:00am – 6:00pm

Requirements for Breakdown Team:
Saturday, March 24th – 5:00pm – 11:00pm & Sunday, March 25th – 9:00am – 3:00pm

Tot Trade “Go Getter Mom” Volunteer – – Work 10 hours – Must be on the specified days and times. We are only accepting 25 moms for this shift.
And that’s it. That means on your presale day, there will only be 24 other moms in the whole building with you!! Think about it, everything right at your fingertips and you are getting to it first!Tot Trade “Go Getter Mom” will shop:
Monday, March 19th – 3:00pm – Until

Requirements:
Chose one shift :Saturday, March 17th – Set-up – 9:00am – 2:00pm or Sunday, March 18th – 10:00am – 3:00pm

Work: Sunday, March 25th Breakdown – 9:00am – 2:00pm

Tot Trade “Working Mom” Volunteer - Work 4 hours on the specified day and times and get credit for 8 hours. WORKING MOMS LOVE THIS SHIFT! For the first 20 moms who take advantage of this offer, your reward will be great! .Tot Trade “Working Mom” will shop:
Monday, March 19th – 5:00pm

Requirements:
Saturday, March 24th – Choose one 4 hour shift: 5:00-9:00pm ~ 6:00-10:00pm ~ 7:00-11:00pm
