GoodyBag Sponsor – $25.00

  • Goody Bag : Fill our the form below indicating you are interested in the Goody Bag option. An invoice will be sent to you where you will pay via paypal. (You don’t need a paypal account) Once accepted and paid, you will provide to us 1300 coupons (minimum of 800) or promotional items. Coupon sizes should not exceed 8 x 5 1/2 and be no smaller than business card size.

Facebook Blasts– $50

  • Three Facebook Blasts to Tot Trade’s 9,000+ fans
  • Sponsor will be tagged in posts so that the reader can directly access your business page (your business must ‘LIKE’ the Tot Trade’s business page for us to be able to tag your business). You can find us at: https://www.facebook.com/TotTrade/  Indicate in the form below how you can be found on Facebook.
  • Provide in the form below three “blurbs’, special offers etc. about your business.
  • Send to us your logo or any other corresponding images in .jpeg format

Web Link Sponsor– $50

  • Logo in jpeg format, with direct link to your website, will be posted on the Tot Trade website for 6 months Promote your business and/or specials directly to our Facebook followers.

Vendor Sponsor – $185/week  

Vendor tables are a phenomenal opportunity to interact with our customers and tell them about all the great things you are doing. Vendor tables allow you to sell your products or services to shoppers at the sale and then follow up with them after the sale and maintain a working relationship. Only one vendor/product per table is allowed.

We will not ‘hold’ vendor tables. Our tables GO FAST so don’t delay. Payment MUST be received before a table can be claimed for you.

  • Go to our website and click on the Vendor/Sponsors tab
  • Fill out the registration form. Choose the type sponsorship you’d like
  • If you choose the Vendor Sponsorship with us (presence at the sale) an invoice will be sent
  • Those who pay the invoice FIRST will become a vendor at this season’s sale
  • Simply receiving an invoice DOES NOT mean that the table is SAVED for you. Payment MUST be received. Tot Trade vendor tables are very much desired and payment is necessary so that we don’t miss an opportunity for another vendor to have the spot while waiting for payment from other vendor
  • If payment is made and we already have a vendor representing your particular business or if the tables are already full, your payment will be returned to you promptly.

We will be offering TWELVE vendor spaces for the 2017 Fall Sale

Event Sponsor$250

As an Event Sponsor your business will be:

  • Introduction of your business as a Tot Trade Sponsor sent directly to each email subscriber’s inbox through Tot Trade Social/Constant Contact to our 10,200 subscribers which will include a link to you website
  • Given prominent logo placement, contact information, and direct link to your website on the Tot Trade website for 6 months
  • Promotion through Facebook Blasts (3) through our Tot Trade Facebook page. Sponsor will be tagged in blast posts so that the reader can directly access your business page (your business must ‘Like’ Tot Trade’s page, and vice versa for us to be able to tag your business)
  • Company Banner promotion on site for the duration of the event. *Your banner will be displayed through the duration of the event.
  • Your companies print/promotional materials you provide to us to be distributed via our Tot Trade Goody Bag. Provide to us a minimum of 800 pieces, (no more than 1300). Drop off instructions will be emailed to you.
  • Tot Trade is also ‘open’ to your ideas of any special event should space allow. (to be discussed)

 

Frequently Asked Questions: 

How do I reserve my table?

Start by filling out the Registration form on the Tot Trade website under the VENDOR/SPONSORS tab. An invoice (payable online via PayPal) will then be emailed to you. Your payment will reserve your table. The process of selecting the location of your table will be based on the order in which Vendors pay their invoice. Once your payment is received, we will contact you to select your table location and provide you with set-up times and other important information. Simpy receiving an invoice DOES NOT mean that the vendor table is held for you. Only when PAYMENT is received is when the table is secured for you.

Will I get exclusivity as a Vendor?

Yes! Only one Vendor will be permitted to sell a particular type of product on site.

What additional advertising do I get as a Vendor?

Vendors receive advertising via logo/link on our website for 6 months. You will also receive 1 Facebook Blast dedicated to your business that will be sent out to all of our 9,000+ fans. And you have personal contact with our shoppers who come to the event.

Payment Information:

For your convenience, Tot Trade provides online processing! Upon filling out the form below you’ll be sent an invoice based on the type sponsorship you are interested in. No more stamps, paper, or mailbox troubles.  Through our new online invoicing process, you will be able to submit your payment easily, and receive immediate confirmation.
